Tang Yuan or Birds Nest !!

Weeeee~~it is true .......
Haha I mean nothing ....
The day before yesterday , it was a big day for all Chinese , it is "DONG ZHI" that mean last festival of the year following the Chinese calendar, so it's meaningful and important. In that day , we all have to eat a Chinese desert which commonly known as "tang yuan" or "tong yuan".

This is the "tang yuan " that made by my lovely mummy.

Haha ~ I ate it ....

Yesterday , my mummy ,me ,and my brother was cleaning the birds nest that bought by my daddy.
Hehe .... now I going to share the whole process of how the birds nest to be made.
Firstly , we put the birds nest into a bowl of water to make it soft.

And of course we use some tools....

After cleaning the visible feather (BIG) it become like this ...

But........
It is still not 100% done , if you saw in real ,you will get to see some tiny feather in it. Sorry , I can't get the clear photo >.<
For our own healthy ,we have to make it cleaner ,so we have to open our mini eyes as big as we can to clean it, and make it become like this ....

After that the birds nest is ready to stew!! Woohoo~~
We put some water with the birds nest into the ware pot(small),

And put some rock sugar ~~

After that we cover it up by the lid,and then put into the big pot.

Turn on the fire !! And wait for 2 hour.

TaTa!! Finally it's done !!yummy yummy .......

Haha this because ,while my family and I went to have some supper , sudden power cut occurs in the makmak, and then I took this photo ~~

It's time to blog....

Today Saturday,3th  November , 2012 . No matter what date it are , i still have to rush a lot of assignment . Haiz ~ what a sad statement .

Erm... but I not going talk about assignment, let's share something happy & you will enjoy it !!

I was have my hi-tea today at holiday villa hotel , the hotel is nice , it interior design is a bit look like England Style .(sorry for no photo ,coz i din't take photo .hehe)

There have many kind of food .For example western , malay traditional food ,salad , desert, chinese "dim sum" , bread , ice, etc....

There also have a lot of bread and you can cut it by yourself .

the bread here is can serve with the yummy wild mushroom soup

the bread here is can make sandwich by yourself .

There have the sandwich that already done by their chef and you can also make by yourself .

just like here , the ingredient is ready for you and the
side have the sandwich that already done.

There have a lot of station .Among of all , my favorite station is the salad station and the fruit station.

See !! nice right ~you can choose the vegetables and the sauce that you like
and the center 1 is sushi maki!!

this is all the fruit , and the middle 1 is fruit salad.

  you can also cook the mee that you like .

you can choose the ingredient as well.

Other than that ,you can also customize you ice-kacang~

there have ice & sauce at the side and all the ingredient .

My favorite food is the wild mushroom soup .

my mummy bring him to get a cake while she fetch him home .

ALL IS JUST LIKE A DREAM !!

Yesterday was the day i went to my 1st concert in my life ~ It was the BIG BANG CONCERT !
It was really awesome !! All the people around sang with they !! the music was loud and the atmosphere was crazy and HIGH HIGH !!!!

When Fantastic Baby come out the stadium were blast with the music ,and i can felt that my ear drum are almost explore~~

I saw TAEYANG ripped off his shirt !!(OMG ~~6 PACK)
Because of rain , the stage was slippery TAEYANG and TOP almost slipped (but taeyang already slipped )
And most of the audience were wet in the rain , but the atmosphere had not been cooling down especially SEUNGRI .

After Haru Haru we all wished TOP happy birthday by sing him a birthday song. He shyly replied "Thank You so much" to us.

At the end of the show , GD surprised us with extra encore song!! the ending pose by TOP was really catching my eye(he was so cute)

A Suck Days Mix Up With Some Lucky

Haiz ~~
Don't you wondering why i'm write the title as " A Suck Days Mix With Some Lucky"??
Actually is quite funny but really make me feel troublesome ......

Today , i found a parking when i'm reach my college that near PJ new town (the parking place there is really limit if you been there before you will know) so , i feel lucky ,but bad thing happen when i go and pay for the parking ticket , i remember wrongly the time i off, so the money i pay for the time is not enough, when i already off i walk to my car faster cause i scared i get a "saman" ,but luckily the MBPJ police haven't get there.

After that , really suck things happen!! i went to 1 Utama to find something , i get into the parking and then i was get out from my car . Because of my car lock have some problem so using manual lock is better the lock all the door, so after i get out i lock my car manually , but suddenly i realise that i forgot to take my phone so i get back to take it. When i want to find my car key ............OMG!!! my car key is inside the car !!!!!!!

I was totally loss and panic~~i dunno what to do , i saw people car is pass me i just go and ask for help , even i know is useless but i have to thank to the guy that had help me . After that i ask for help with the security guard at there, the guard actually not really help me , he only find  he head and he take car of my car , and accompany me at the car park (because my bag, phone and car key is inside the car).

At the same time, the person really help me a lot is coming.... while the guard go and find he head , car stop in front of my car ,then i walk by and ask for help , she was lend me her phone to car my daddy to get the spare key for me. I was waiting for my daddy at the car park for almost 1 and the half hour finally my brother get the key for me ~~oh YES !! FINALLY !! i really thank all the people that help me today , luckily the world still have good people.

this is a little gift for the person who had been help me. Thank You !!

Weekend Working Days

Hi Hi ~~ me again... haiz this week really tired like a SHIT !!
super many assignment , and i haven't finish it yet but tomorrow have to present it ~~OTOKE !!
i have to rush it today i wish i can finish it on time ....

Last week i was work in the exhibition at publika ~there was a nice place ~ there have many restaurant .
i work as sales that selling the New Zealand  jam , New Zealand fruit juice , New Zealand honey and New Zealand pickle, chutney, relishes ,New Zealand macadamia nuts .

 that is what i'm doing for last friday, saturday, and sunday. It make me so tired when i get home , and i still need to rush my assignment now , so TATA see me again next week ^^

OMG Nervous

Nervous......Nervous .......Nervous......
i super nervous in this 3 day ,i can't sleep well.and keep dreaming .
i ask tarot card , guanyin and all god that can ask . I hope that i will go well ~
you know why i'm super nervous like this?
It is because MY RESULT!!!!!
It still not coming yet ~wtf!!
It's already 2 week why still not coming out !! it just make my scare ,nervous and stress ~~
I can't relax and can't fully enjoying my sem break ~ALL YOUR FAULT!!
i really scared my b.con(building construction) can't get a good marks , and i worry my result can't achieve my own target, coz i had make mistakes in exam and the lecturer is quite strict so i scare my assignment can't get better mark so all that mix up make me more scare and nervous .
I really wish my result will not too bad and not too far from my target, i really really really wish it will not too bad o(>﹏<)o

"Cold Jelly" in a hot weather country ^^

As you guy know , Malaysia is a passionate country and have a " HHHOOOTTT" weather . Sometimes you feel like stay in the oven for the whole day , even at the midnight. Yesterday i was feel hot while a playing games in front the computer, suddenly i remember that my mummy have brought some Japaneses jelly. The jelly is put in the refrigerator for a few days , and we already forgot about it , but i remember it on yesterday because of the weather.

here is the jelly that we brought.

start from the back ,the red colour is strawberry flavor , next is lychee flavor (i love this) , then come with the mango (this flavor no really good *ps: for me ,hehe) , and then the last is plum flavor (it's a bit sweet mix with sour)；the red colour pack at the front is another plum flavor , and the next green colour pack is lime flavor (this 1 quite sour, if you like sour thing this is suitable for you.)

The jelly feel really cool if you put in the refrigerator for a few days (but be careful for the expire day ^o^) , and you have to suck the juice before you open the whole pack if not your hand gonna be full of juice . After i eat this i feel cool from inner  ~~wuuuu feel better ~~
